This Internship Is A Full-Time, Six-Month Commitment In The Orlando, Fl Area From January 2026 -August 2026.

What You Will Do

This Role Is Part Of The Income Tax Group Within Tax Operations. Key Responsibilities Of The Role Could Include:

• Gathering And Analyzing High-Level Data, Performing Computations, And Preparing Work Papers For Tax Returns, Provisions, Forecasts And Projects

• Preparing Federal, State And/Or Canadian Corporate Income Tax Estimates, Extensions And Returns For A Diverse Group Of Businesses Conducting Multi-National Operations

• Collaborating With Tax, Business And Accounting Partners To Obtain Data Necessary For Tax Calculations And Reporting

• Identifying Tax Process Enhancements And Automation Opportunities

• Acting As An Embedded Team Member Within Disney’S Corporate Tax Center Of Excellence (Coe)

• Drafting User Manuals For The Department To Outline Standard Operating Guidelines

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Takes Initiative And Has A Process Improvement Mind Set (Tech Savvy)

• Proficient In Ms Office Suite With Intermediate Excel Experience (Pivot Tables, Vlookup’S)

• Possess Strong Time Management Skills – Able To Multi-Task, Prioritize And Meet Deadlines

• Adaptable To Change, Easily Pivots

• An Effective Team Player Who Enjoys Working In A Highly Collaborative Environment

• Strong Analytical Mindset

• Exceptional Attention To Detail And Accuracy Skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Working Towards Your Cpa

• Advanced Excel Skills (Xlookup’S, Sql)

• Experience With Alteryx And/Or Power Bi

Education

• Currently Enrolled In A Graduate Degree Program In Accounting, Finance, Tax, Data Analytics Or Other Related Field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates For This Opportunity Must Meet All Of The Below Requirements:

• Be Enrolled In An Accredited College/University Pursuing A Graduate Degree Taking At Least One Class At Time Of Application Posting Or A Graduate Student Currently Participating In A Disney College Program Or Disney Internship

• Be At Least 18 Years Of Age​

• Possess Unrestricted Work Authorization​

• Have Not Completed One Year Of Continual Employment On A Disney Internship Or Disney College Program
