Senior Analyst I Software Engineer

Job Description:

Must Have:

• 7-8 years of experience working in IT industry
• Strong Java/J2EE development experience
• Strong in Spring/Springboot
• Excellent SQL skills, database knowledge
• Ability to lead a team, collaborate with customer
• Troubleshooting skills/experience (application level as well as

Server Level)

• Knowledge of microservices architecture/Docker, RESTful Web

Services, Batch processes/Jenkins, Tomcat

• Working knowledge in monitoring tools (preferably Splunk,

AppDynamics, Grafana or Elastic)

• Kubernetes Background

Good To Have:

• Experience in creating dashboards(preferably Grafana or Elastic)

Responsibilities

• Perform monitoring of web and mobile applications
• Troubleshoot and triage issues, connect and follow up with

various teams for issue resolution and track the issues to

Closure

• Ability to lead a team, collaborate with customer
• Maintain SOPs/runbooks, issue logs, reports and other documents
• Support the implementation of systems into production
• Perform application verification and validation
• Assist team members in performing system maintenance and support

Tasks.

• Work independently and with teams to meet SLAs.

• Good in follow up and tracking to closure
• Detail oriented and organized
• Must be a team player
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal,

organizational, and presentation skills.

• Should be willing to work in 16x7 shifts

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
