What is the opportunity?

Senior Manager, Transfers In and Service will oversee the process and service delivery for all Transfer In for the Wealth Management Lines of Business.  This position will lead and manage a department with time sensitive, complex and/or highly specialized processes to ensure overall performance meets or exceeds the established industry and company standards for service, innovation and professionalism. This role will provide direction to Managers/Supervisors and more experienced individual contributors. In addition, this role provides enhanced customer service, process improvements, and complex problem solving within the department.

What will you do?

  • Provide leadership and coaching to improve overall team performance
  • Make recommendation and see to fruition innovation initiatives by automating, centralizing and streamlining process and procedures
  • Implement and maintain high-standards of service for all WM LOBs, ensuring we are adhering to our SLAs and quality of work
  • Oversee all compliance and regulatory procedures, trends and technologies
  • Set the standard of conduct within the team to adhere our procedures and ensure monitoring
  • Working closely with business partners, and other partners in operations to ensure standards are being adhered to and support provided
  • Serve as an escalation point and SME
  • Provide coaching to WM LOBs on the process (in Branch Presentations, Added Value Calls, Ad-hoc as required)

What do you need to succeed?

Must-Have

  • University Degree / or Highschool and 5-10 Years relevant industry experience
  • Proven track record of managing large teams/ ensuring adherence to guidelines
  • Ability to proactively identify strategic opportunities and drive to implementation
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
  • Highly organized and able to handle time-sensitive inquiries/escalations while handling high-volume BAU activities

Nice-To-Have

  • Experience in the WM Lines of Business
  • Previous experience with Account Transfers
  • Familiarity with the end of end cycle of client onboarding
  • Experience within WM Operations / Familiarity with our workflow tools
