What Is The Opportunity?

Reporting to the Manager, Payments Processing & Operations Center (PPOC). This position is responsible for supporting various workstreams within the Payments Center, ensuring successful fulfillment and servicing by providing an exceptional client experience. Using deep knowledge and experience around high value payments, the incumbent will be part of a dynamic team that will be trained to support numerous functions including payment repairs, transaction limit review, manual payment entries, supporting BESS end of day, analysis of wires formatting, support reconciliation activities as well as GTX monitoring. This position requires shift and scheduling flexibility to provide coverage as required.

What Will You Do?

  • Provide subject matter expertise to RBC application teams
  • Leverage enterprise monitoring capabilities
  • Provide reactive and proactive alarms to support teams
  • Reduce incidents through proactive measures
  • Support a self-serve customer experience
  • Implement automated and intuitive systems
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and system documentation. 
  • Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends to identify new opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Must Have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of RBC systems (Sales Platform, Service Platform, BESS & Itracs).
  • Sense of urgency, agile, adaptable and resilient to handle multiple situations
  • An innovative thinker who is proactive and well organized with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and client/partner service skills
  • Passionate about continuous growth, learning and sharing knowledge within a team
