Senior Consulting Director - Facilities Optimization and Solutions

Summary:

In this role, you will support the implementation, ongoing development and integration of a comprehensive Facilities Optimization and Solutions Center of Excellence. You will also conduct detailed analyses to generate strategic insight and identify performance improvement opportunities for clients to create a positive financial outcome for our healthcare clients.

Responsibilities:

• Support oversight of overall P&L for Facilities Optimization and Solutions Center of Excellence.
• Plan, manage, and deliver multiple projects/initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and performance metrics are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior leaders, including C-suite executives.
• Communicate business cases and expertise with clarity to influence executive decision-making.
• Support business development through relationship building, lead generation, and participation in sales activities.
• Contribute to practice growth by publishing thought leadership, speaking at conferences, and generating new ideas.
• Provide coaching and mentoring on project execution, data analysis techniques, and strategic data application.
• Combine and interpret data from multiple sources to deliver strategic insights and innovative solutions.
• Proactively communicate project status, facilitate meetings, and create compelling communications for senior audiences.
• Manage large or cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Qualifications:

• Relevant Degree Preferred.

• 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in consulting, analytics, health care supply chain procurement, and an understanding of both clinical and non-clinical activities and processes within the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Ability to positively interact with senior executives, providers, and staff at all levels.
• Proficient in the use of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills required.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $135,200.00 to $236,600.00.
