As a Systems Engineer SME, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the Department of State. You will play a crucial role in leading a team of engineers to design, develop, and implement CSfC solutions to meet classified communication needs and ensure compliance with government standards.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your technology expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Systems Engineer SME must have:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Experience: 15+ years of related experience

• ● Experience with configuring and integrating hardware and software components for CSfC solutions
• ● Security clearance level: Minimum Secret
• ● US citizenship required
• ● Role requirements: This is an on-site position supporting customers in Sterling, VA and Springfield, VA.

The likely salary range for this position is $182,750 - $247,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
