Job Description:

About The Role

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to join our team and help define the value proposition of digital products across diverse environments and business contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and propose the value proposition of digital products for various environments and business contexts.
• Support the creation of intuitive and engaging user experiences across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that adhere to brand guidelines and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A user-centered mindset with a passion for addressing complex design challenges.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with user research approaches and methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
