Deputy Senior Legal Counsel

[What you will be working on]

• Provide legal advice on general corporate and commercial contracts including issues relating to the sale, leasing and management of State land and properties. 
• Other areas of law to advise on include Intellectual Property (IP) issues.
• Assist in litigious and potentially litigious matters
• Advise on law reform and drafting of legislation
• Work with government and statutory bodies and the industry on real estate-related issues
• Review and draft a wide range of contracts and various legal documentation.

[What we are looking for]

• Qualification In Law

• Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore
• At least 4 years of postgraduate experience in professional private practice or in-house legal position
• Meticulous with good analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Good written and verbal communication skills
