Job Summary
Assist the onboarding team in helping new and existing customers get started with our SaaS product. This role focuses on providing support during the onboarding process, answering customer questions, and ensuring a positive experience. You will work closely with team members and follow established processes to help customers understand and use our product effectively.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process by assisting with setup tasks and guiding customers through basic steps.
- Respond to customer questions and provide clear, accurate information about product features.
- Help prepare and share training materials, guides, and resources for customers.
- Work with team members to ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience.
- Document common questions and solutions to improve internal knowledge and customer resources.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating onboarding sessions or webinars.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or your supervisor when needed.
- Contribute feedback to help improve onboarding processes and resources.
