Workday's Account Executives are central to our success story, fueling our growth by bringing new customers into the Workday community. This exceptional team helps organizations transition from restrictive legacy platforms to our innovative enterprise management cloud, always focusing on creating tailored solutions that deliver enduring value and customer satisfaction.
As we plan for continued growth and success, Workday is proactively building relationships with skilled Account Executives for potential upcoming opportunities. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about forging new paths and helping businesses thrive.
Individuals in these roles will be key contributors by:
- Strategically prioritizing, targeting, and closing significant opportunities within their designated territories.
- Leading account planning efforts in collaboration with pre-sales and other internal partners.
- Driving sales of Workday solutions to Medium Enterprise prospects, effectively communicating our unique value.
- Maintaining precise pipeline and forecast data to support business insights.
- We are looking to engage with professionals who typically have:
- Strategically prioritizing, targeting, and closing significant opportunities within their designated territories.
- Leading account planning efforts in collaboration with pre-sales and other internal partners.
- Driving sales of Workday solutions to Medium Enterprise prospects, effectively communicating our unique value.

About You
Basic Qualifications:
- Around 3+ years of experience in a field sales role, selling SaaS/Cloud solutions (ERP, HCM, Financial, Planning, Analytics) to C-suite leaders.
- A strong background in negotiating deals effectively with various C-Suite executives.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and executing targeted lead generation strategies within a territory.
Other Qualifications:
- A proven ability to excel in fast-paced sales cycles, including a knack for prospecting.
- Insight into the competitive dynamics of the enterprise software market, using this knowledge to position Workday effectively.
- A collaborative mindset, with experience partnering internally to develop account strategies.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
