The Team

This role sits in the Tommy Hilfiger EMEA Marketing team, working as part of the wider Strategy, Content and GTM team. You will work closely supporting the Senior Manager, Content Strategy.

Our team sits at the intersection of content strategy and creative production. We partner closely with marketing, design, channel-specific and global teams to ensure that campaigns and content are delivered effectively across EMEA. The Production Specialist will help us strengthen this link, working closely with the copywriter and designer to support both the operational delivery of projects and the strategic rollout of content.

The Position

The Production Specialist will play a key role in supporting the delivery of creative and marketing projects across the EMEA region, bridging the gap between content strategy and creative production. This role will ensure alignment between global and regional teams, support efficient workflows, and help deliver projects on time and to the highest standard.

This position requires a highly organized, proactive individual with a creative eye, who enjoys coordinating projects, supporting cross-functional teams, and managing timelines. The ideal candidate has experience working in marketing or creative environments, with the ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and ensure smooth collaboration between creative, content, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Support the planning and delivery of creative and marketing projects, ensuring timelines, deadlines, and milestones are met.
  • Briefs Support: Assist in reviewing and clarifying briefs to ensure they are clear, actionable, and aligned with business needs.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a connector between global and regional teams, ensuring consistency, clarity, and smooth handover of assets and information.
  • Content Rollouts: Support with planning and coordinating asset rollouts across channels (Owned & Operated Digital, Retail, Wholesale).
  • Creative Quality Checks: Review assets to ensure they follow brand guidelines and meet regional requirements before rollout.
  • Inspiration & References: Help gather benchmarks, references, and competitor examples to inspire the creative team.
  • Content Testing: Assist with aligning A/B testing or piloting new content formats, feeding back learnings to improve creative output.
  • Templates & Tools: Help manage and update guidelines, templates, and toolkits that enable regional teams to scale creative execution efficiently.
  • Internal Stakeholder Management / Communication: Share project status updates, track progress, and escalate risks or blockers as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential issues, propose solutions, and support teams in removing blockers.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3–4 years of experience in content management in marketing, or creative project coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Process driven, highly organised.
  • Familiarity with creative/marketing processes (eg: campaign rollouts, content calendars, asset guidelines).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, ideally across different markets or regions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Experience with project management or workflow tools is a plus.
