- Establish and deliver prioritized sales initiatives aligned to regional goals.
- Create simple, scalable and replicable processes for coordination, prioritization, and reporting.

Success in this role also comes from excellent cross-cultural communication and relationship-building, helping you thrive in a supportive, international environment.
Ideal Candidates Will Bring:
- Previous experience in international sales or partnership-oriented roles, ideally within Western Europe and/or Middle East markets and tech or tender-driven markets (e.g., healthcare, assistive technology, or education).
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with proven experience in project management and driving multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Leadership skills and experience through managing or coaching cross-functional or sales teams in a multinational environment.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
