Sr LIMS Programmer – Empower Lead

Job Description

1. Creation of Empower projects, methods and custom fields used for chromatography test methods integrated with LabVantage LIMS.
2. Creation and execution of verification protocols for Empower objects within an Empower validation environment.
3. Promotion of master data (methods, custom fields) between Empower Environments as per defined program.
4. Configuration of LabVantage LIMS master data for chromatography test methods integrated with Empower, including AQC methods, Mixed Consumable Types and Empower policies.
5. Execution of verification protocols to confirm LabVantage master data configuration for LabVantage-Empower integrated test methods.
6. Promotion of master data (test methods, parameter lists, QC Methods, consumable types, policies, etc.) between LabVantage Environments as per defined program.
7. Review of change controls and execution of impact assessments for changes to chromatography test methods. Identify impact to Empower and LabVantage systems based on the changes requested.
8. Manage change plans, execute changes and perform verifications in Empower and LabVantage due to changes to source documentation.
9. Support end-users with LabVantage or Empower activities, such as general navigation support or troubleshooting when issues arise.
10. Perform review of executed verification protocol for system configurations.

Conduct training to end users and team members whenever required.

1. Addressing service desk and JIRA tickets raised by the lab users related to LIMS.
2. Attend the LIMS meetings (project meetings, QMS calls, monthly review meetings).
3. Support for implementation of Lab Vantage LIMS for global sites.
