Sr LIMS Programmer – Change Manager

Job Description

Manage changes within the Global QC service desk.

Assign system-specific impact assessment to required systems owners for proposed changes.

Follow-up with system owners as needed for completion of system-specific impact assessments.

Complete TrackWise Impact Assessment for all changes based on input from system owners.

Lead change management meetings with site change owners to track required timelines for changes.

Communicate timelines to LIMS admin team for updating electronic systems.  

Liaison between LIMS admin team and business owners to ensure business changes and system changes are implemented in parallel.  

Support with identification of activities requiring mitigation based on proposed changes.

Tack and ensure mitigation activities are complete after the promotion of master data in the electronic system.

 Work with business subject matter experts for clarification of any proposed changes. 

Attend the QS Systems meetings (project meetings, QMS calls, monthly review meetings).

Support for implementation of Lab Vantage LIMS for global sites.
