About The Role:

As the Senior Brand Manager, you will be the strategic brand lead, responsible for transforming long-term vision into actionable brand plans. With a strong commercial focus, you’ll manage P&L, oversee new product development, and leverage consumer and market insights to ensure our brands remain competitive and relevant.

This role is ideal for an ambitious marketer who thrives on accountability, is passionate about innovation, and enjoys collaborating across functions and with external partners.

This position is offered on a part-time basis (0.8 FTE), with flexibility in how the hours are structured. We’re open to different working formats to suit the right candidate.

What You’Ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute annual and long-term brand strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Analyse market, consumer, and sales data to identify opportunities, optimise profitability, and guide decision-making.
• Lead the innovation pipeline, championing the Stage Gate process and driving successful new product launches.
• Manage budgets, pricing, and financial performance to deliver against P&L targets.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams, agencies, and retail customers.
• Mentor and develop direct report, ensuring they thrive and contribute to team success.
• Oversee agency and partner outputs to ensure brand alignment and regulatory compliance.

What You’Ll Bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Senior Brand Manager in FMCG or Pharmacy.
• Proven success managing direct reports and developing team capability.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead innovation through the Stage Gate process.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
• Leadership experience with a direct report.
• Strong stakeholder management across diverse functions and partners.
