This position connects planning, resource management, and operational execution to deliver world-class creative work that supports LEGO's brand and business goals. Come join us to shape and own the global creative portfolio of Our LEGO Agency (OLA)!
We offer a hybrid working model called Best of Both: three days in the Billund Havremarken office and up to two days from home. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the OLA global portfolio with clear visibility, alignment, and prioritization across global workstreams.
- Integrate portfolio planning with business strategy, balancing feasibility, resources, and budgets in collaboration with department heads and agency leadership.
- Blend data-driven insights with creative ambition to push the portfolio further when aligning with partners.
- Drive the brief intake process, securing strategic direction and alignment from the OLA Leadership Team.
- Ensure briefs are sound, resourced, and aligned with business priorities.
- Run traffic and tracking meetings to keep momentum, visibility, and accountability across projects.
- Maintain timely updates and accurate data in project tracking systems.
- Prepare reports and presentations on task allocation, portfolio health, and outcomes.
- Provide insights that support strategic planning and continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and innovation in portfolio management.

- Do you have what it takes?
- Strong experience in managing portfolios or projects, particularly in the marketing or creative sectors; familiarity with events or sports marketing is a plus.
- History of coordinating cross-functional projects and senior collaborators.
- Strategic problem solver with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and clear communication.
- Proficiency in portfolio/project management tools (e.g., Workfront).
- Ability to bring clarity and structure in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Experience in creative, advertising, or marketing settings is an advantage.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and creative workflows preferred.
- A portfolio or project management certification is a positive attribute.
