We offer a hybrid working model called Best of Both: three days in our London office and two days from home. Please note: relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day management of our Made for Kids YouTube channels – from optimising videos with the right keywords, thumbnails and playlists, to guiding teams on best practices.
- Implement our Global YouTube strategy and ensure alignment across markets.
- Partner with in-house creatives and external agencies to develop YouTube-first content.
- Apply analytics and insights to drive performance and growth.
- Design and deliver internal workshops and training sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with collaborators across multiple regions and teams.
- Work closely with internal YouTube experts, Content Strategists, Marketing leads, and Social Media leads across AMS, WE, EMEA, CEEMEA, and APAC.

The Global Social Media team enables the LEGO Group to reach, recruit, and retain audiences through engaging content and meaningful conversations on the platforms they love.

This role is pivotal in optimising YouTube content, ensuring the LEGO Group is discoverable, engaging, and loved by our Kids Audiences worldwide.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- YouTube expert – with deep knowledge of both paid and organic strategies.
- Proven, hands-on experience managing YouTube for a global brand.
- Proficient in working across complex, matrix driven organisations, client, agency or media-side.
- Shows excellent organisational and project management abilities, emphasising diligence and achieving results.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work with autonomy.
