We're seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacy Stock Controller to join us in a part-time capacity working 32 hours Monday to Friday. As a crucial part of our team, you'll contribute to the smooth operation of our pharmacy and play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers. About You:

• Previous experience as a Stock Controller or similar role in a retail environment, preferably within the pharmacy industry is desired.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic and keen to learn

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize stock outs.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.

Order Processing:

• Track and manage order deliveries, verifying quantities and quality upon receipt.
• Invoicing and data entry
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to address any issues.

Data Analysis And Reporting:

• Generate and analyze reports related to stock levels, sales trends, and inventory turnover.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights
