We are currently looking to recruit a SOX & Internal Control Consultant – Advisory Services to join our team in Bucharest.

What You’Ll Do:

• Design and document internal controls aligned with SOX 404 and COSO.
• Conduct walkthroughs and assess control effectiveness.
• Maintain Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs), narratives, and test scripts.
• Support SOX program implementation and control testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors.
• Deliver training and prepare dashboards for leadership.

What We’Re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in SOX 404, Internal Audit, or External Audit (Big 4 is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Audit, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of SOX, COSO, and internal control principles.
• Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Professional certifications (CIA, ACCA) are a plus.
• Self-motivated and eager to grow professionally.
