In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and clerical support to our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program team. You'll coordinate schedules, maintain program records, and manage communication and documentation needs. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in supporting uninterrupted, high-quality care for the individuals we serve.

  • Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry for program compliance and reporting
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute program materials and client documentation
  • Assist with internal and external communication, including phone calls and emails
  • Track and order office and program supplies as needed
  • Ensure timely filing and maintenance of confidential documents in compliance with HIPAA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence

Education, Experience, And/Or Credential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Additional Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds may be required
  • Frequent use of computers and office equipment
