The Role
As a Senior BDM (Senior Business Development Manager), you’ll be speaking to warm, engaged prospects who already know and love the brand. No cold calling. No scraping lists. Your job? Build quick connection, uncover their goals, guide them to the right solution, and close with confidence.
This is a pure sales role for competitive, coachable pros who want to grow fast, earn big, and be part of a high-performance culture that celebrates every win.
What you will do
- Run high-quality sales calls with inbound, pre-qualified leads
- Convert interest into enrolments across our flagship programs and events
- Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Use proven sales playbooks and scripts, while making them your own
- Manage your calendar, pipeline, and CRM with discipline
- Contribute to a culture of energy, accountability, and growth
What we are looking for
- 4–5+ years of phone or Zoom-based sales experience
- Strong close rates and a proven track record of hitting targets
- Confident, consultative communicator with great objection handling
- Disciplined in managing your pipeline, time, and activity
- Experience in high-ticket, coaching, or business education sales is a bonus
- Coachable, driven, and ready to grow fast in a team environment
