Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement automated testing solutions for functional, performance, and reliability validation, including custom test harnesses tailored to complex systems.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in system behavior analysis, guiding comprehensive test coverage strategies based on deep domain understanding.
- Lead defect management and root cause analysis for critical and systemic failures, driving corrective actions and managing cross-functional dependencies.
- Optimize performance and load testing frameworks, embedding diagnostic and testability features into the product architecture.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Work closely with System Architect & Reliability architect in working on POC’s, ATD’s which are required per program.
- Have good knowledge on understanding P(Parameter)-Diagramming technique to cater to the needs of System Verification coverage.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
- 12–15 years of experience in automation development, testing, and verification of software products.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven experience in designing and implementing monitoring systems for complex healthcare applications.
- Automation Frameworks: Strong hands-on expertise in BDD (Python, Cucumber, JBehave), data-driven, and hybrid automation frameworks.
- Automation Tools: Proficiency in Selenium or Squish; Advanced Core Java/Python programming skills.
- Operating Systems: Working knowledge of Ubuntu, Linux, and Windows environments.
- Networking: Basic understanding of network protocols in distributed systems.
- Defect Management: Familiarity with bug tracking and defect lifecycle processes.

- Strong programming skills in Java/Python.
- Basic knowledge of WebSockets and real-time communication protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Linux shell scripting.
- Basic familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
