Job Summary
Supports and advances the bank’s Regulatory Relations program by developing a robust management reporting framework that synthesizes regulatory data and supervisory feedback. Translates complex regulatory themes and emerging risks into actionable insights for executive management, ensuring alignment with supervisory expectations and strategic priorities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports establishment and maintenance of structured processes to monitor regulatory matters, including supervisory findings, exam schedules, and emerging regulatory themes.
- Interacts regularly with executive management, regulatory agencies, and internal risk and compliance teams to ensure alignment with supervisory expectations.
- Prepares board and senior management reporting on regulatory issues, exam outcomes, and supervisory trends.
- Tracks regulatory issues, events, and supervisory feedback; analyzes trends and changes in regulatory metrics for quarterly reporting and strategic planning.
- Provides management with ongoing insights and recommendations to address regulatory concerns and enhance supervisory relationships.
- Supports business units in interpreting regulatory guidance, establishing controls aligned with regulatory expectations, and preparing for exams and reviews.
- Participates in management risk committees as warranted.
- Supports core regulatory programs such as exam management, regulatory issue tracking, and supervisory engagement planning.
- Supports training on regulatory expectations and supervisory processes to relevant stakeholders.
- Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
- Performs other related duties as required.

QualificationsMinimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in risk management, finance, business administration or related field.
Minimum Experience:
Four years of job related experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Knowledge of banking laws, rules and regulations
- Understanding of risk financing techniques
- Skill in conveying ideas clearly and concisely in both written and verbal communications
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office software, to include Power BI
