Role Purpose

The Marketing & Research Intern supports the Business Development Services (BDS) team in Sweden by delivering entry-level marketing and research support. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates eager to develop foundational skills in campaign execution, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and scheduling of marketing content across digital channels.
• Support research activities, including data collection, market monitoring, and trend analysis.
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and client-facing materials using internal templates and brand guidelines.
• Maintain databases and trackers for marketing campaigns and research outputs.
• Collaborate with senior team members on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to social media planning and performance tracking.
• Provide administrative support for marketing and research meetings, including minutes and follow-ups.

Knowledge & Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or research (internships included).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing).
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and time management abilities.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field preferred.
