We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Training Manager to join our team.

Role Commitments:

  • Lead the strategy, design, and execution of training programs across residential and commercial fitness service operations
  • Design and deliver enablement content for internal support agents, BPOs, 3rd-party service technicians, installers, and distributors
  • Own the training lifecycle for product rollouts, process updates, and service transitions
  • Translate complex technical topics into engaging, effective learning experiences through multiple modalities

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Training Leadership & Delivery:

  • Develop and implement training programs for in-house agents, BPO partners, and third-party vendors
  • Enable technical field teams with detailed diagnostics, parts replacement, and repair content
  • Drive consistent onboarding and certification experiences for distributors and installers
  • Deliver training through a blended learning approach including LMS modules, hands-on workshops, ride-alongs, and remote sessions
  • Instructional Design & Content Development:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, onboarding guides, certification paths, and video walkthroughs
  • Ensure all materials are aligned with up-to-date product specifications, warranty policies, and service procedures
  • Tailor content to residential vs. commercial products and varied customer segments
  • Distributor & Installer Enablement:

  • Manage onboarding and certification for partners, ensuring adherence to setup standards, safety protocols, and brand requirements
  • Collaborate with Field Ops and Product teams to scale training for new market launches
  • Program Management & Execution:

  • Lead cross-functional training initiatives tied to product rollouts and service model changes
  • Track program performance through key metrics (completion rates, knowledge assessments, performance impact)
  • Oversee logistics for training events, field shadowing, and technical simulations
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Field Service teams to align training with operational needs
  • Act as a global liaison for BPO partners and international accounts
  • Collect learner and field feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Actively engage in remote team meetings (on-camera required)
  • Maintain documentation and version control for training content
  • Uphold iFIT brand and service standards in all training materials

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical training, customer service enablement, or field operations—ideally in fitness, health tech, or consumer hardware
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training for distributors, installers, and 3rd-party vendors
  • Strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and evaluation methodology
  • Experience with service and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Skilled in LMS administration and training tools (Inspire360 or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma)
  • Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
  • Familiarity with international service models and compliance standards
