iFIT’s vision is to create the world’s most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health—physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, and active recovery—into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their individual fitness journey.

We are currently seeking a high-energy sales professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative in a Hybrid role.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales: Leverage sales expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Engage with potential customers through inbound leads, cold calls, and referrals to convert them into satisfied clients.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong customer connections. Understand fitness needs, provide tailored recommendations on NordicTrack and ProForm products, and ensure a seamless sales experience.
  • Master the Sales Process: Guide prospects from initial contact to successful closure. Demonstrate product features, handle objections, and effectively communicate the unique benefits of our equipment.
  • Stay Informed: Remain up-to-date on fitness trends and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to provide valuable recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals. Monitor performance metrics, track activities, and refine strategies to drive results.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey. Address issues and follow-up needs promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate & Contribute: Partner with marketing and customer service teams. Share insights, participate in strategy discussions, and contribute to the broader success of iFIT.
Qualifications

Education and Basic Qualifications

  • Proven success in inside sales or a related role—ideally in fitness or consumer goods.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and fitness—especially NordicTrack and ProForm products.
  • Experience applying data-driven sales strategies.
  • A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for contributing to a dynamic team.
