The Role

We are looking for self-motivated, experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our service centre team. Reporting to the General Manager, Transport and Logistics you will manage the daily operations and administration functions of the service centre to ensure a positive customer experience. You will enjoy working across a range of projects where no two days are the same.

Essential Duties & Responsibilties

  • Define and communicate customer service standards
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching and support to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team
  • Plan, prioritise and communicate work tasks ensuring targets are met or exceeded
  • Build and maintain constructive relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Manage customer issues or complaints ensuring a timely and effective resolution is achieved

Qualifications | Experience | Capabilities

  • Demonstrated experience as a customer service manager leading a team
  • Sound understanding of the building and construction industry (preferred)
  • Intermediate MS Excel and Work skills
  • Excellent communication and coaching, and an engaged leader
  • Detail orientated with proven experience as a problem solver
