About This Role

This role is critical to driving finance process improvement across Data & Analytics and Risk Intelligence divisional Finance controllership team, Revenue assurance and Sales Assurance teams and adjacent functions. The role will work with Finance process improvement lead and support in strategic initiatives including process simplification, standardization and automation, analytics-driven improvements, SOP governance and

cross-functional change management. Such as SAM Finance, Order Ma

nagement Systems, Billing, Reporting & Analytics, FP&A, and Controllership to ensure seamless process integration and data consistency

Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

  • Champion Process Excellence: Lead initiatives to embed a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the Data & Analytics and Risk Intelligence Finance teams.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Finance Process Improvement Lead, divisional controllership, Revenue Assurance, and Sales Assurance teams to:

o Identify and address process inefficiencies and control gaps.

o Recommend and implement corrective actions and innovative solutions.

o Ensure timely execution of improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.

  • Automation & Reporting Optimization: Drive automation and reporting enhancements using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) to streamline workflows and improve data visibility.
  • Capability Development: Coordinate and facilitate training programs and workshops to build process improvement capabilities across teams.
  • Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, FP&A, Controllership, Reporting & Analytics, OMS, and Billing teams to promote process standardization and adoption of best practices.
  • Governance of Process Documentation: Maintain and govern a centralized repository of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in IBM BlueWork, ensuring regular updates and alignment with evolving business needs.

Requirements:

  • Experienced finance professional with 5–7 years of proven success in driving process excellence, automation, and strategic transformation within the fintech, BFSI, and service industries.
  • Holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA preferred), with deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Skilled in identifying inefficiencies, designing optimized workflows, and implementing robust controls.
  • Extensive experience in SOP writing, process design, and automation using modern tools and platforms.
  • High proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, SQL; experienced with Alteryx, DAX, VBA, Webi, Snowflake, and Oracle Fusion.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Pyramid, Hyperion, Salesforce, and CRM platforms (added advantage).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Flexible working in UK time zones and collaborating across geographies.
