About The Role

We’re looking for a Functional Process Excellence Owner (FPO) to lead our global Asset Management process transformation. This role guides a team of Business Process Experts (BPEs) and plays a key part in driving process adoption, compliance, and continuous improvement across all terminals.

You’ll be empowered to deliver measurable impact by ensuring our Asset Management processes are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Empower and support the global AM team to drive continuous compliance and improvement of global processes.
• Promote user adoption of AM processes across terminals, ensuring they are practical and accessible.
• Represent the global AM team’s priorities within centrally governed processes and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Apply an end-to-end business impact approach, covering inventory, procurement, finance, and related areas.
• Ensure processes deliver measurable value such as efficiency, compliance, risk reduction, and cost savings.
• Support the development and implementation of a digitally enabled Asset Management organisation.
• Collaborate closely with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and TECH/IT partners to ensure system alignment and integration.
• Maximise the benefits of IFS10 for Asset Management.
• Build and nurture inclusive communities of practice to share ideas and establish best practices.

What You’Ll Bring

• Experience in Asset Management, Process Excellence, or Operational Leadership in a global or complex environment.
• Lean-minded: You bring a strong mindset of continuous improvement – naturally curious, committed to solving problems at the root, and driven to make things better every day.
• Strong understanding of process mapping and improvement methodologies.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and influence across a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution and change management.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., IFS10) and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a collaborative and inclusive mindset.
