Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Management Specialist to support the ongoing oversight of global HR service providers. In this role, you will help monitor vendor performance, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance service quality and the overall employee experience. This position involves close collaboration with internal HR teams and external partners, requiring strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective mechanisms to monitor global HR service providers’ performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and key customer experience metrics, with accurate and transparent SLA calculations.
  • Monitor contractual thresholds (e.g., headcount volumes) to ensure compliance with obligations by both IRM and vendors across regions.
  • Manage SLA credit tracking resolution to uphold vendor accountability.
  • Oversee invoice processing and tracking, ensuring timely and accurate payments aligned with contract terms for applicable vendors.
  • Own and lead vendor issue management, including root cause analysis, trending, and follow-up to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings involving HR business units and vendors worldwide to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Facilitate and manage all aspects of vendor change processes, including contract amendments, scope modifications, pricing adjustments, and vendor transitions - ensuring proper documentation, governance, stakeholder communication and approvals
  • Supports on-going Vendor Management  processes, ensuring due diligence is conducted based on vendor tiering and associated risk levels. 
  • Partner cross-functionally during M&A activities to assess newly acquired vendors and contracts, collaborate on strategic decisions regarding vendor retention or termination, and coordinate with larger HR vendors to assess costs and ensure proper integration of employee populations.
  • Provide regular oversight of global HR vendor program, including process monitoring, risk management, documentation maintenance, and adherence to internal governance standards.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities combined with excellent interpersonal skills; proven capability to influence and build effective relationships across diverse stakeholder groups, including Global Third-Party Risk, Privacy, and Information Security teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a willingness and capability to work hands-on, including developing and implementing new processes from the ground up.
  • English Proficient Required
