We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury venue at Navarra, Oatlands House. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all departments are working efficiently and effectively to meet the company's goals and objectives.

The Operations Manager:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the organization
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of all departments, including production, logistics, and customer service
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the organization is meeting its financial targets
• Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies that improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase profitability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all level.
