We have a fantastic opportunity for a Content Coordinator to join the NET-A-PORTER.COM Site Trading Team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the Site Content Team, coordinating and delivering all of our onsite content. The role is extremely cross functional and requires excellent communication and project management skills as well as a keen eye for detail.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Production controller for onsite content, ensuring ready to build deadlines are met and briefed into web production
- Project manage large content updates to site, scheduling meetings with relevant teams, updating briefs and setting deadlines to meet launch dates
- Oversee all approvals and QC for onsite content in staging and live, mitigate unnecessary changes requested by copy and translations to protect web production
- Schedule web production resource, ensuring there are no bottle necks, managing Trello board on behalf of the content team
- Coordinate the delivery of all SALE and promotion assets, Checking all assets and feeding back to production on necessary amends and ensuring delivery deadlines are met
- Own BAU processes, deadlines and documentation, continuously look to improve ways of working with stakeholders – copy, production, fashion, translations, web production
- React to in-week trade actions, updating documents, communicating out to relevant stakeholders
The type of person we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a production or content role is desirable
- Experience managing projects end to end
- Highly organised with the ability to coordinate several projects at the same time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring teams are aware of any changes to the content plan
- Ability to manage upwards and across, pushing back on deadlines in order to protect team resource
