Senior Content Marketer – Team Lead

Your Role

As a Experienced Content Marketer at Verhaert, you will work on a wide range of marketing projects that strengthen our branding and support our sales. You combine hands-on creativity with digital marketing knowledge and are also a sparring partner who can lead projects independently.

Specifically, You Will:

• Create content: write compelling copy and turn our innovation value propositions into clear, engaging stories.
• Design visuals: use your Adobe Creative Cloud skills to create graphics, infographics, presentations, and brochures. Video editing is a plus.
• Boost digital marketing: optimize websites, run social media campaigns (organic & paid), manage SEO/SEA, and monitor performance.
• Support sales: develop campaigns that align with the go-to-market sales strategy and target audience.
• Coordinate events & internal comms: from trade fairs and client events to newsletters and employee updates.

In your team lead role, you will

• Manage projects: keep deadlines on track and ensure smooth execution.
• Prioritize tasks and projects together with your colleagues.
• Coach and advise your colleagues in their projects.
• Be the sounding board for the director and advisor on marketing strategies.

Who You Are

We’Re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a proven track record in content marketing, digital marketing, and graphic design.
• Has the experience and passion to mentor and lead team members.
• Moves easily between creative thinking and structured execution.
• Preferably masters tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, SEO/SEA, social media advertising, and ideally marketing automation (Hubspot is a plus).
• Is strong in both copywriting (Dutch & English) and visual storytelling.
• Thrives on teamwork but can also independently lead projects.
