Purpose:
The S2P Snr Associate/Manager- Global Process and CI Project Management is accountable to ensure the Strategic Projects assigned through the Procurement CoE are Managed and driven to completion using the Agile methodology of Project Management. The team member is responsible for working across the S2P functions, to plan the timely delivery of all Project related asks and track the delivery to ensure timely collaboration and delivery. The role will support all Projects managed through the S2P CoE.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing our “Big bet” Projects with the full support of cross functional project team members
- Partner with Tech teams, the GPO’s and Operations teams to deliver best in class Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Create, update, and track requirements and delivery using Project Management methodology
- Communicate timelines and outputs across appropriate levels of leadership within the organisation
- Define methodologies, and best practices to ensure smooth delivery of assigned projects and workstreams
- Provide feedback and shared learning for continuous improvement
- Anticipate and monitor dynamically changing priorities
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in a Business/Procurement/Finance related field,
- Applied knowledge of project management processes and skills
- Appreciation of / experience in compliance-driven environment
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-management and organizational skills
Additional Preferences:
- Two years clinical proven Project Management experience or relevant experience preferred
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong knowledge of the Source to Pay functions in a changing organisation
- Ability to make business-driven decisions
