Purpose of Position:
The Corporate Trainer will be a member of the training team supporting Inside Operations, Division Operations, Customer Service and other departments by being cross-trained and expected to support any of the departmental needs with induction and sustainment training.
Key Role Accountabilities: (KEEP TO 5 MAX)
• Coordinate with key stake holders to identify, refine, and update curriculum.
• Create and manage content and course for sustainment and professional development.
• Develop and maintain skills training in support of Employee Qualification Standards directed by the Corporate Training Manager.
• Leverage available training venues to include E-Learning platforms.
• Administer feedback surveys to assist in the evaluation of the training program.
Minimum Requirements: (KEEP TO 3 MAX)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience developing training curriculum preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in Inside Operations, Divisional Operations, or Customer Service role, preferred.

Compensation:
• The approximate hourly pay for this position is $24.00-$26.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
