We are looking for an experienced Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our squad.


What You’ll Do:
  • Own the entire Outbound prospecting motion across targeted geographies (UK & US markets).
  • Identify, research, and prospect potential clients using LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
  • Craft highly personalized cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and video messages to initiate conversations.
  • Set up qualified meetings/demos for the Account Executive team.
  • Build and manage prospect lists using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Run structured outbound campaigns and iterate based on performance.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure all prospecting activity is logged and up to date.

Great If You’ve Achieved This:
  • Proficient in outbound prospecting and lead segmentation.
  • Ability to analyze ICP-fit quickly and categorize leads effectively.
  • Experience in using personalized video and multichannel outreach to drive engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fast learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and tools quickly.
  • Creative approach to outbound—always experimenting with new formats and tactics.
  • Strong awareness of current trends, especially in SaaS and recruitment tech.
  • Technically proficient with CRM systems (personal experience with one is a plus).

What You Will Achieve in 90 Days:
  • Develop a strong foundational understanding of our product, ICP, and market positioning.
  • Launch and iterate your first outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn.
  • Begin booking qualified meetings/demos with key decision-makers.
  • Meet initial activity benchmarks for cold emails, calls, and LinkedIn touchpoints.

What You Will Achieve in 180 Days:
  • Build a consistent outbound pipeline contributing directly to monthly qualified demos.
  • Develop deep knowledge of UK & US recruitment agency markets and decision-making processes.
  • Master the art of writing cold emails and outbound sequences that generate replies and interest.
  • Build trust and rapport with prospects, becoming a credible first touchpoint in the buyer journey.
  • Collaborate closely with AEs and Marketing to align messaging and optimize funnel conversions.
