Hypothesis: Over two decades of working with agencies, brands and influencers has helped us identify gaps and challenges in influencer marketing, resulting in Hypothesis, a comprehensive AI-enabled influencer marketing platform that services the entire influencer marketing journey and has executed more than 150 campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 8–10 talent managers.
Drive team performance, set KPIs, and track progress toward goals.
Identify training and development needs and foster a culture of continuous growth.
Talent Relations:
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with artists and creators.
Act as a key point of contact for escalations, negotiations, and ongoing management.
Strategically onboard new talent in alignment with business goals and brand fit.
Operational & Revenue Oversight:
Monitor and drive team revenue targets and individual performance metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize monetization opportunities.
Track and analyze talent performance, partnerships, and revenue data regularly.
Data & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records and dashboards to track talent activity, revenue, and growth.
Use Excel and other tools to create reports and analyze trends.
Present data-driven insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Strategy & Growth:
Identify new areas for growth and improvement within the talent team.
Support organizational initiatives around talent acquisition, retention, and diversification.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in talent management, partnerships, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering against revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, formulas, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience working with artists, creators, or influencers is a strong plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Leadership presence with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
