Senior Contract Manager

• Salary: Competitive per annum plus bonus, company car/cash allowance, medical cover and pension

Grade: 6.2

• Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

Location: Hertfordshire

• What you'll be doing;
• Manage the delivery of municipal services across the East & North Herts contract including people, site & resources.
• Deliver effective & safe services to maximum operational efficiency, within budget & to VMR standard. Develop and maintain relations with key stakeholders; client, members, residents, staff.
• Ensure all operations are run in compliance to VMR and any appropriate legislation.
• Manage contract and client to deliver key financial goals.
• Working in close partnership with local operational teams to maximise service delivery
• Providing clear, transparent & accurate reporting of business performance.
• Delivering operational efficiencies through use of digital, asset utilisation and cost control.
• Manage monthly financial performance.
• Deliver the contract against required budgets and KPIs
• Present contract reviews and monthly reports.
• What we're looking for;
• Manage contract and client to deliver key financial goals.

• What we're looking for;
• IOSH (Institute of Occupational Safety and Health) Managing Safely or equivalent
• Level 3 Leadership & Management or equivalent work experience

• Waste Management Experience

• Risk management & Fleet management experience

• Client Management Experience
