 Hristo Popov is looking for a new team member.

Your Daily Routine Would Include:

• Working on the operation and maintenance of the Advanced Threat Protection Service.
• Processing incidents and alerts within the Desktop Service, ensuring endpoint compliance.
• Creating reports, baselines, and maintaining up-to-date service documentation.
• Preparing KPI reports and supporting problem management activities.
• Taking responsibility for project execution and implementation, ensuring delivery within the defined timeframe and required quality standards.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, SCCM, and Intune;
• Scripting skills in PowerShell;
• Knowledge of GPO, Intune, and MDM policies;
• Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, and networking.

Nice To Have:

• Experience with Power BI;
• Additional scripting skills in VBScript, VBA, and Command Line;
• Relevant certifications.
