Providing technical expertise and guidance to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Participating in the development of capital projects and budget planning processes.

Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.

Contributing to the development and implementation of energy efficiency and sustainability programs.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.

Certification in Project Management is advantageous.
