Deputy General Manager- Civil - Projects

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Identify and mitigate project risks to prevent potential delays or issues.

Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting in collaboration with the finance team.

Coach, mentor, and develop project team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Prepare and present project status reports, presentations, and recommendations to key stakeholders

Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.

In-depth knowledge of Power/Energy industry practices and regulations.

Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Advanced risk management and mitigation skills.

Familiarity with relevant software applications for project planning and tracking.

Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.

Extensive experience in project management within the Power/Energy sector.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in project management within the Power/Energy industry.

Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.

Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
