Associate General Manager

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of BTG operations to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability in power generation.

Oversee the maintenance schedules and troubleshooting of boiler, turbine, and generator systems to minimize downtime and enhance operational performance.

Implement advanced monitoring and diagnostic tools to proactively identify and address potential issues in BTG systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BTG operations with the overall project timelines and deliverables.

Drive initiatives to improve thermal efficiency and reduce operational costs while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Provide technical leadership in the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies for BTG systems.

Develop and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Ensure adherence to Adani’s sustainability goals by optimizing resource utilization and minimizing environmental impact.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to BTG operations, providing actionable insights to senior management.

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for the procurement, installation, and commissioning of BTG equipment.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering.

18–25 years of experience in BTG operations, maintenance, and optimization within the thermal power sector.

Extensive experience in managing large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
