Assistant Manager - BTG

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage civil engineering activities related to BTG and BOP areas, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure the availability of resources and materials for uninterrupted project execution.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate civil works with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards during all phases of construction and maintenance.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Optimize resource utilization to achieve cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.
• Support the Civil Section Incharge in planning and executing strategic initiatives for site development and operational efficiency.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms for project tracking, documentation, and reporting. Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in civil engineering roles, with a focus on BTG and BOP areas.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale thermal power plant projects.
• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or Construction Management (preferred). 
• Years & Type of Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering within the thermal power sector.
• Hands-on experience in BTG and BOP area construction, maintenance, and project management.
