Deputy Manager - Civil Building Structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end construction activities for high-rise buildings, guest houses, and other civil structures, from excavation to finishing and handover.
• Supervise miscellaneous infrastructure works, including waterproofing, painting, tiling, sanitary fittings, and CP fittings.
• Ensure modifications and adjustments to construction plans are executed efficiently as per project requirements.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure adherence to set parameters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align construction activities with the operational needs of the thermal power plant.
• Implement safety protocols and quality assurance measures across all construction sites.
• Optimize resource allocation and procurement to achieve cost-effective project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to on-site teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
• Support the development of infrastructure that enhances the operational efficiency of the thermal power plant.
• Required Qualifications & Experience :
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in township and building structure projects.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects within the thermal power sector.
• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Advanced certifications in construction management or project management are preferred.
