Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute sales plans to expand Meet & Greet service adoption
  • Identify and pursue B2B and B2C opportunities (airlines, corporates, travel agencies)
  • Collaborate with pricing and marketing teams to launch targeted campaigns
  • Client Engagement & Partnerships
  • Build relationships with airport authorities, airlines, travel agents, and corporate clients
  • Customize service offerings to meet client needs and enhance value propositions
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Market Intelligence & Innovation
  • Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to refine service strategy
  • Recommend service enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand
  • Team Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Support training initiatives for frontline staff to maintain service excellence
  • Reporting & Performance Monitoring
  • Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Prepare monthly reports and present performance insights to senior management.

Education   : Bachelor's in Business, Hospitality, or Aviation Management Experience : 8–10 years in sales, preferably in airport services or hospitality Skills           : CRM tools, negotiation, presentation, strategic planning Attributes   : Customer-focused, proactive, well-groomed, adaptable, team leader
