Technical Content Writer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Content Writer to join our Product Management Department. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation and content that supports our product development lifecycle. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to produce content that effectively communicates the features, benefits, and usage of our products to both internal teams and external audiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a technical writer or content writer with a strong portfolio of technical documentation.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to understand and convey complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Wordpress, Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Experience with content management systems and version control tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with product management processes and software development life cycle is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in any technical roles, Marketing industry exposure is good to have
• Knowledge of programming languages or software development practices.
• Experience with creating multimedia content (e.g., videos, infographics) is a plus.
