Supervisor I- Security (Kuwaiti Nationals)

Job Description:- Assist the Security Supervisor in supervising and coordinating the activities of the security team.- Assist in scheduling shifts, tasks, and patrols to ensure optimal coverage and security effectiveness.- Supporting security operations, including access control, and monitoring.- Assist in maintaining a visible and vigilant security presence to deter and detect security breaches- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches, following the guidance of the Security Supervisor.- Support in coordinating the response to incidents and liaising with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
Required Qualifications:- Previous experience in security is preferred but not always required.
Preferred Experience:- At least 5 years of experience in security position, Ministry of Interior, Army or similar entity
Job-Specific Skills:- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to stay composed and make rational decisions in high-pressure situations.- Basic knowledge of security equipment and technology is beneficial
