Schedule: Compressed Work Week (On-Call)
Pay Rate: $26-$28 Hourly, DOE 
Location: Chandler, AZ
Must be willing to travel internationally for up to two weeks for training

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment including robot controllers, electrical/mechanical units, and peripheral devices across the fab.
• Document work accurately and maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Train team members on equipment operations and processes as needed.
• Respond to on-call support within 4 hours and coordinate with peers and supervisors to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols (e.g., LOTO, PPE) and perform tasks like I/O testing, path programming, and equipment commissioning.

Requirements:

• Proficient with basic hand tools and standard troubleshooting techniques.
• Skilled in debugging C# code and diagnosing equipment faults using manuals and schematics.
• Strong collaboration skills, including working with overseas engineers and providing excellent customer support.
• Flexible and dependable, with the ability to work on-call and perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferences:

• Ability to speak Mandarin / English
• Associate’s or higher in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficient in C, C#, Python, or other programming languages
• Prior work experience installing or maintaining tools and equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
