- Environmental & Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed and enforced and provide the needed leadership around promoting good housekeeping practices and the use of HPI while in the office or on field visits. Ensure compliance with environmental rules and regulations.
- Team Leadership: The ability to drive change and lead strategic initiatives. Lead and mentor a team of specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide exceptional customer service to all CworX users.
- Lead CworX Platform Management: Oversee the administration and strategic direction of the Maximo-based CworX software solution used across Construction operations. Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders during system outages.
- Drive Phase 2 Implementation: Manage the rollout of Phase 2 designs, system modifications, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with operational needs and timelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various Construction areas and the Reporting and Data Analytics team to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
- Quality Assurance and Timely Delivery: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of system updates, enhancements, and fixes, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure the system complies with all procedures, SOX and regulatory requirements.
- Emergency Support: Provide support to the operating organizations during system emergencies by redirecting the resources of the group to assist in the fullest possible extent.

- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of eight years relevant work experience in Construction, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or a related field or
- Master's Degree and a minimum of six years relevant work experience in Construction, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of supervisory/managerial experience in Construction, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or a related field, Required Required

- Ability to travel to company locations to work on storm restoration and heat contingencies
- Use personal vehicle(s), and be able to transport, store, and secure company laptops and other job-related equipment in vehicle. Acknowledge that reimbursement for use of personal vehicle is available through the company mileage procedure
- The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
