Director _ People Business Partner

Job Responsibilities

Argano is seeking an experienced and dynamic People Business Partner to join our growing team. As a People Business Partner at Argano, you will play a critical role in aligning our human resources strategy with the overall business objectives. You will work closely with leaders and employees to provide HR guidance, support, and solutions, ensuring a positive work environment and contributing to the achievement of our organizational goals.

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and workforce needs, and develop HR strategies and initiatives that support these goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement talent management programs, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management processes.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns and fostering a culture of open communication.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of talent, ensuring that candidates are aligned with Argano's culture and values.
  • Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions, when necessary.
  • Partner with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and develop learning programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and proactively recommend solutions.
  • Stay updated on HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a People Business Partner or similar role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Proven experience in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and ethical behaviour.
